Meet our Head Trainer
Owner and trainer Charlie Brinks is a second generation equestrian, with family roots deep in the Dressage community. She began showing competitively at a young age, and along the way spent years as an Instructor with a large riding academy. Growing to then hold the position of Equestrian Program Director at that facility, she helped many students realize their potential and go on to compete successfully.
After accepting the opportunity to work within the equine veterinary industry, Charlie then spent several years furthering her knowledge, focusing on her interest in both biomechanics and equine reproduction. From there, she accepted a position as breeding manager with a Nationally recognized Arabian horse farm, where she had the opportunity to help further develop their program and begin competing with them.
At the culmination of much hard work, Charlie started CB Sport Horse, the first step on a new journey combining all of her life's experiences with her love of performance horses. She is a proud member of USEF, USDF, AHA, MDA, and ADA.
